The overhead conveyor shot blasting machine is a highly efficient and automated surface treatment equipment designed for continuous shot blasting of workpieces suspended on an overhead conveyor. It is widely used in industries such as automotive, foundry, steel structure, and engineering machinery, especially for processing large batches of small to medium-sized parts like engine blocks, gears, and forgings.

Working Principle:  
Workpieces are suspended on the conveyor chain and move through the blast chamber at a steady speed. High-speed rotating blast wheels propel steel shot (or alloy shot) onto the surface, removing rust, scale, and contaminants while improving surface roughness and coating adhesion. The used shot is recycled, cleaned, and reused in a closed-loop system.
