1. High-Temperature Resistance: Made from heat-resistant alloy steel (e.g., H13) or specialty cast iron, ensuring durability under continuous operation at 200-350°C.  
2. Parting Surface Design: Precision-machined parting surfaces integrate sand injection ports and venting systems to achieve defect-free core compaction.  
3. Integrated Heating System: Equipped with electric heating cartridges or thermal oil channels for uniform temperature control, accelerating thermosetting resin curing.  
4. Cooling Channels: Optional cooling systems reduce cycle time and enhance productivity.  
5. Modular Design: Enables quick mold changes and interchangeable inserts for flexible multi-product production.  

Key Configurations

Working Principle: 
The casting mould is mounted on a core shooter and heated to process temperature. Resin-bonded sand is injected into the cavity under high pressure, where heat triggers rapid resin curing. After solidification, the mold opens, and ejector pins release the finished core, completing a production cycle.
